A victim is anyone who suffers any kind of harm. Any type of victim normally experiences pain due to the harm that is inflicted by the offender. The paper will identify to two types of victims that is the domestic violence victims and property crime victims.  Domestic violence is defined in relation to relationships (Harvey, 2010).

In Louisiana, marriage between people of the same gender is a crime. LGBT rights in the country have declined year after year.
