Schools, indeed, have gifted students. Most students have proven to be indeed exceptional in the way that they grasp ideas in class and the ease with which they are able to remember them during tests and exams. Most of these students are, however, acknowledged as being intelligent just because they succeed in performance assessments.

These students expect to gain a lot in these educational institutions but various issues concerned with gender, ethnicity, race and social class emerge that affect educational achievement and shape the future of these students. However, if managed well by faculty members education could be fruitful for all candidates irrespective of their social class, gender or ethnicity.

It brings out the fact that individuals are recognized, besides group differences, directing positive value on the existing diversity in the community.
