In conclusion, criminal profiling, regardless of its weaknesses and strongholds, is still a field that needs to be proved effective in criminal finding. The accuracy of criminal profiling has been found to have many implications because in the case where the offenders’ profile is slightly wrong or incomplete, it will result in serious consequences.

In conclusion, it is vital to note that the trait approach and the humanistic approach are similar in the sense that both concur that an individual’s personality is abundantly established by the choices that he or she makes (Schultz & Schultz, 2008). However, the trait theory of personality is more useful than psychodynamic.

In conclusion, there are visible and invisible expressions of racism that victimize the blacks and ethnic minorities’ players in sports. The existence and expressions of racism during events has disparaging fear and anger for players and might frustrate their participation and the level of excellence in their career.

InThe paper has highlighted the major determinants of a person’s development and later personality based on various theories of development. Despite their varying positions on what shapes an individual’s development and later personality, they tend to converge on the fact that an individual’s development is subject to various influences.

Self-esteem refers to how individuals assess themselves favorably. Based on the case scenario, I'm concerned about my self-esteem. For instance, I desire that the roommates respect my desire to see the room clean. I'm also concerned about how their friends should perceive me. This scenario can best be understood using the Sociometer theory. 

Tourists who have travelled widely perceive tourism as a medium of self-development and education, through having experiences in wide-ranging cultures as well as meeting locals. This does not imply that tourists who have not travelled widely take tourism as something meaningless. Tourist can learn how to scuba-dive and get a sense of fulfilment.

The importance of adherence to standards of social, legal, and ethical practice has also been learned. While encountering challenges I found that communication was the best means of dealing with most of those challenges and hence I plan to enhance my communication skills. I would need to further my education through seminars workshops.

Treatment Continuity is another key requirement for practitioners addressing dual disorders. Treatment components and treatment programs are essential if actual progress is to be witnessed. Since most patients will participate in treatment episodes at different places, an integrated case management treatment program will be necessary.
