The purpose of this article is to study into and analyse various factors which are related to violent offending and crime among the adolescents. The article is also interested in various behaviors among the adolescents and the factors that have compelled the youth into these behaviors can be managed. Further, this article has been written with the aim of bringing into picture the existence of risky and offending behaviors among the adolescents and their implications to the society. The audiences of this article include teachers, parents, the wider community and other carers who have the responsibility of taking care of young children (Campbell and Porter 2004). This is to help them risky and offending behaviours among the adolescents and how they can be managed. This article has been written with the primary purpose of bringing into picture the various risks profiles in the society, the trajectories and the interventions for very serious and chronic offensive behaviors among the youth. The article was also written with the aim of informing the policy makers on the available intervention programs for certain risks and how various programs that have been identified are successful and used to develop new other experimental programs. The target audience for this article is the policy makers especially from the security agencies, education and government as a whole. The two writers of this article are very experienced researchers in issues related to criminology and in addition they are also senior lecturers at Simon Fraser University Vancouver (Burnaby), British Columbia, Canada. The conclusion of the duo is that each risk factor require different intervention program and that each intervention has got its own implication both to implementer and the victim.
