My weekly vocabulary journal has given me a greater appreciation for the need for empathy and understanding in English-language education. I viewed these concepts in terms of my real-world experience in education. My specific setting, which is different than the regular public school setting, offers a slightly unique perspective on the discussion.

My speech would be successful if I believe in what I tell the audience. If I lose interest myself, there is no doubt that the audience shall not care much about what I have to say. A sense of enthusiasm and excitement should be sent my way to the people so that they could know what I am saying and what I actually believe in.
If before teachers were considered as the saga on the stage, today, they are considered as the sage on the side. In this age of technology, learning does not come solely from teachers but from learners as well. Huitt, W. states that classroom processes include “teacher and student behaviours in the classroom as well as some other variables such as classroom climate and teacher/student relationships.”
The educator should use their personal understanding of Spanish to determine the stage of the students’ development. She writes, “When it is acknowledged that students’ developmental spelling attempts make sense, the alphabetical understandings are validated.” Ultimately, this is a lens educators must use to be more efficient teachers of language.
I would devise the exact ways and means through which they could be assisted in the most feasible manner as far as their learning methodologies and mechanisms are related.
