Preparation for Graduate Employment - Admission/Application Essay Example

I have been preparing myself to become a good Financial Derivatives Trader and have been studying for a relevant degree at the Graduate Level from the Yale University in Finance. My past professional experiences have all been with Investment banks such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs, wherein I have attained credible knowledge in several fields within financial trading and analysis. As such, I believe both these aspects have helped me prepare for an ultimate career in this field.I believe in a gradual progression through my professional life and would like to begin from the grassroots level.

I would like to work for a magnificent company such as yours in a responsible position, in which I will contribute through my professional, personal, and interpersonal skills. My long-term career goal is to move on to higher positions with greater responsibilities within investment banking possibly after having studied for an MBA in between. However, I prefer to remain with the same company as part of my career aspirations.Although transitioning from education to a professional environment can be quite challenging, I have gained significant experience in my various stints at several companies, which has provided me the necessary insight into the corporate world.

Having been performing successfully in every such challenging environment, I am confident of being able to bring in the same level of commitment and energy into my work in my future employment. I have traveled extensively and have interacted with people from over 50 nationalities. As such, I love to bond with diverse people and share ideas and thoughts with them.I believe that any profession that incorporated my educational skills and professional experience to the highest level would be my ideal job.
