In addition, there is the issue of children with diverse racial, and linguistic backgrounds that have been for long served poorly within the standard schooling systems.
The standard fire curves do not represent real natural life as these curves are based on the two major variables as temperature and time. The difference in the heating rates, fire intensity during the fire incident, and the duration between the standard and real fires can result in the production of different structural behavior.
The most possible cause of the fire, therefore, is arson motivated by cover-up. Evidence shows that the tills are missing, the internal exit door was wide open, only three people have the keys to the building, the intruder alarm was faulty and conflicting statements from the people who are supposedly managing the affairs of the building.
There are various opportunities that I have given to children to stimulate their awareness of their environment and each has had different results.
