Despite all the evidence that this research has given to try and refute the idea that dual-income families increase the divorce rate, there are still those who point to the fact that in times past the divorce rate was a lot lower than it is today. They try to justify the rise in the divorce rate by laying the blame on dual-income families.
While the early leaders and organizations tried to uplift the community through education and cooperation with the whites, later generations of African American leaders realized that they had to protest and adopt more violent postures. The result has been the emergence of movements and organizations that have used force to earn their rights.
At the outset, I would like to share my views on what charity means to me. Charity is not donating something because we do not need it ourselves. Charity is not making someone dependent on our donations. Charity is to give something that is precious to us, something that would hurt us, something that would be of immense help to the other person.

Those whose enthusiasm to contribute and work in the most diverse set of our society is indisputable. They work for the empowerment of people who are defenseless, subjugated, and existing in deprivation. They uphold social justice and social change for the benefit of individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities regardless of social and ethnic diversity.
The hope arises when realities that in spite of the most horrific travails of any people on the planet the community continues to strive for higher goals in every field imaginable and at the same time excel. The despair sets in when one sees how unfairly those old abuses are now preventing forward progress.
We can also strengthen the system of shelter and services that enable homeless persons to make the transition to stability and job readiness. Permanent solutions will definitely be more effective to this end-- provide jobs and housing so that people can break the cycle of homelessness and become stable and productive citizens.
