However, when these disciplines are not followed clearly, the project is likely to slip or altogether fail to result in loss of money and a dented reputation.
It serves as way of communication and keeping all parties involved in touch with what is happening. The communication plan carries all basic information and is changed when the audience thinks it should be. A communication plan describes the objectives of the organisation, the way the objectives would be addressed, who are the target audience and how you will get to finish or do the objectives.
