Social workers, youth counselors, and psychologists may all be considered to be human service providers. Professionals in the human services sector are greatly aided by experimental and other types of research. The researchers who offer this information are sometimes also a frontline service provider.

The history of psychology gives a better understanding on the way these studies are conducted and what has been learnt this far. According to Benjamin (2007), psychology emerged as an independent and separate discipline in the late 1800s with its roots traced back to the days of the early Greeks.

This study as presented in the author’s article came up with a credible and convincing attachment theory which explains the differences among individuals in attachment. Observational methodology was used by the researchers in the study of young children and infants in order to effectively investigate attachment within the development framework of young people (Ainsworth and Bell, 1970).

Lawrence Kohlberg, a psychologist, broke ground when he proposed a theory discussing the stages of moral reasoning.  At different age levels in development and cognitive thing, a person is able to grasp different aspects of moral reasoning which are applied to an individual's thinking, causing differing actions and behaviors. 

While Anderson confesses he did not read Freud and felt rather ignorant, his writing shows that he was largely aware of the major concepts of Freud’s theory. This is particularly evident in his much discussed and highly appreciated story “The Egg”. My goal in this paper is to analyze “The Egg” from the psychological perspective applying the Freudian approach.

Reinforcements can either be positive or negative, and they encourage an individual to continue engaging in the desired behavior.

In the first situation, I believe I did not make the right decision since I decided to give incredible information on what was going on in my team. The decisions I made affected my senior managers negatively since they relied on the information provided to make decisions. When making my decision, I did not consult my team members and my seniors. 

Popular culture today highly upholds the aspect of gender differences. It perpetuates the idea that women and men are different. Songs, films, self-help books, television talks, and television sitcoms, all address the concept of gender differences. Women are mostly presented stereotypically as people of simple minds, domesticated, and highly emotional.

Even some people who are surrounded by others throughout the day—or are in a long-lasting marriage—still experience deep and pervasive loneliness. Loneliness can often be a result of life changes or circumstances that include living alone, changing your living arrangements, having financial problems, or the death of a loved one.  

I mean to say that some people have such a nature that they tend to be worried all the time whether or not there is a real cause of concern or issue. When there is an issue, they understandably are worried. But when there is no issue, they assume that something bad might happen and start being worried.

Ivan Pavlov was born in Russia in a humble town called Ryazan on September 14, 1849, and died in Leningrad on February 27, 1936. His middle name was Petrovich, and he was the eldest in a family of seven kids, born in a religious family with his father serving as a priest and his mother being a daughter of a priest.

These are both valid claims and roles that the law enforcement authorities have to address at the same time, and speaks of the challenges facing the authorities as they try to secure the peace while making sure not to trample on the civil, human and political rights of citizens.

Causes of PTSD vary from one person to another, but the most common types of PTSD onset are genetic disposition, experiencing or witnessing a traumatizing event, the environment in which works or lives, and alterations within the brain. Symptoms range from avoiding activities that are associated with the trauma, emotional numbing, or intrusive memories.

Intelligence. Intelligence to date has numerous definitions based on its application or field though the implication is the same. In this case, its definition will encompass, a person’s capacity to comprehend complex ideas coupled with being able to adapt effectively into one’s settings.

Our perceptual abilities may not at all time give a definite answer to what really life is about but a blurred image of the things that our minds are able to conceptualize. Therefore, it can be deduced that human beings have certain powers of choosing patterns and forms.

Apart from theoretical background, the proposal will develop succinct and precise hypothesis for the research, take into consideration ethical concerns that are requisite in professional research exercises. Psychology of learning suggest that the visual presentation of information does to elicit the required level of attention among the student.

The generality of the research study’s findings leaves this field open and wanting thus, necessitating the need for further research into different groups of people. These groups can be classified into young children, adolescents and teenagers, young adults and old people to determine how age affects conformity with regard to self-esteem.

Psycho-educational groups are a team of individuals who work in a group with the intention of assisting certain category of needy individuals with skill development and prevention measures. Psycho-educational groups develop the skills and impart knowledge to children and adults with the aim of solving out their problems or issues.

Group therapy has evolved as a dynamic way of increasing group cohesion and developing social skills required for the collaboration of ideas and problem-solving. More often than not, groups address a task or an issue that is resolved through cooperation and strong interpersonal skills. Conflicts are commonplace in the group development process.

As far as the analysis of the test that will be conducted is concerned, there are several important factors to consider as a way of ensuring that the reliability and validity of the test are not affected. Generally, it is proposed that a quantitative data analysis method be used to secure the reliability and validity of the analysis process. 

 The arguments brought forth by Hull were related to the aspect of homeostasis, a concept that the theorist borrowed from the field of biology. According to the beliefs held by Hull, the behavior could be associated with the regulation of the body by an organism.

My academic tenure thus far has been marked by excellence and positive leadership. Since childhood, I`ve always seen my parents struggling to coexist peacefully trying to resolve their points to do so but have always failed. I was the eldest sister of two brothers, and I`ve always been the neglected child having a distant relationship with her father, and an unpleasant one with my mother.

Psychology defined as the science “to understand behavior and mental process, and to apply that understanding in the service of human welfare” is a very interesting field of study because it primarily deals with the human mind.  Its epistemological origin, the two root words, “psyche” and “logos” which meant mind and study formed the discipline of “Psychology” (Truelove, 2007a).

 Before analyzing any situation it is necessary that the behaviorist knows the background of the particular person, the history must be clearly known to the behaviorist so that he can properly identify the reason for the problem. In this case, the behaviorist is unaware of the family background of the child as well as the history of the child.

This proves that the executive part of the brain of an individual maintains the flexible behavior of the organism. The superlative method of understanding executive behavior involves thinking about different situations whereby an individual is faced with an entirely new task which can include learning a new language.
