This paper contains the critical analysis of Pressures on Volunteers in Sport in the United Kingdom (UK) by Geoff Nichols. The research builds up an understanding of the interconnected pressures on the voluntary sector in sport. This paper describes the pressures and contextualizes the issues faced by volunteers in sports organizations mainly in the UK.

The explanations given forth explain the different states in which a substance that is considered good can exist. However things can only be good by virtue of their substance or by their participation. Things that are good by virtue of their substance can only be compared to the creator while substances that are good by participation are not always good (McDonald, 65).

Objectivity and subjectivity are in a clash in the same manner as the empirical and the universal do. One must understand that people have oftentimes counted so much on reason without any regard to the experience which can still provide a logical and universal explanation of things. It can be conceded, analytically, that experiences might have flaws.

The most important characteristics that portray the ultimate good are that it is self-sufficient, complete, and continuous. This particular good towards which all human actions explicitly or implicitly aim is termed happiness (eudaimonia). Aristotle has also expounded this to mean blessedness or living well, which is a continuous type of activity.
