Our lives have been built on sexuality issues. All the texts I have discussed have openly brought out the importance of allowing free sexual choices in our society. Society should once and for all do away with the agenda of being “normal” or abnormal blaming games among ourselves. This will allow sexual freedom.

I think this type of situation defines how women can achieve social supremacy over men, using tactics and strategies to be autonomous without the type of challenge seen in Mad Men where the female client's over-confidence was a major turn-off to the male ego. She appeals to this ego, using preventative strategies.

The paper “Assuring Sexism Language in Bedouin Tribe and Ways of Combating Sexism Language”  is an intriguing example of a research paper on gender & sexual studies. Sexism language is the use of verbal communication, which undervalues members of one sex, usually women, and therefore promotes gender inequality.

A postmodern practitioner aims at developing work, creating that piece of work better than the way it initially was and also being able to overcome the boundaries that are preventing it into becoming present. This is mostly seen in the entertainment industry. The practice is mainly carried out for adaptation purposes because the past needs to be recycled so that it may be made present.

The paper “Objectification Based on Sexuality Context“ is a  provoking variant on literature review on gender & sexual studies. Objectification in relation to sexuality is a major issue that has been discussed by several authors and thinkers. Many have gone further to justify it as a major ethical issue in the present society. In fact, most thinkers perceive it as a morally problematic occurrence.

This paper explored the perspectives of 86 young people from Shepparton, Victoria in relation to reconciliation and related Indigenous issues. The study found that young participants' views of reconciliation varied, and while some supported reconciliation, many opposed a national apology and indicated.

Gay marriage has featured often on the political agenda of the Australian majorly discussed issues in the parliament. Gay marriage has substantially dominated the debates in the Australian government in the hope to try to resolve these issues that some people support while others fight against its demolition.

Differences in gender, sexuality, and race have been used to reshape society. There is the Australian Human Rights Act of 1986 which plays an important role in protecting people from discrimination in their public life. The paper “What Is This Fuss behind Gender Similarity Hypothesis?”  is a great variant of a literature review on gender & sexual studies. Typically, there have been many assumptions that males and females are vastly different from a psychological perspective. Interestingly, many people often think that the female’s IQ is somehow low compared to the male.

The proponents of the program claim that the program is important as it reduces infections and pregnancies among teenagers. However, those who are against it claim that the program is likely to increase promiscuity among teens and that teenagers should be taught to abstain until they marry or grow old enough to have sex.

The implications of discrimination in the process of hiring and promoting employees are too costly to any firm or organization. It does not only reduce productivity, but it also results in a lot of unnecessary expenditure and spending by the concerned organization. Efficiency is lowered and mistrust and resentment are developed.

There is adequate evidence to justify the claim that homosexuality is innate. Sexual orientation has been demonstrated to be prenatally determined. Consequently, homosexuality can be justifiably said to be an innate trait in human beings. The absence of a homosexual gene does not rule out the chance of homosexuality being biologically determined.

Sexual behavior is an important aspect of society because it defines physiology and psychological issues that individuals have to fulfill. This means that sexual behavior defines society and ensures the norms, moral and ethical issues are brought into consideration. Sexual behavior activities range from actual sex to intimacy.

Gender-bending and cross-dressing of the male characters is a clear illustration of how men have replaced and assumed women's roles in society. The patriarch society perceives women as weak and helpless, and thereby incapable of fulfilling their roles in the society. The anxiety women feel has been fed all through history based on the practices of keeping women at home and limiting them to opportunities and options. The government should be able to provide equal education opportunities to all its citizens.  There are certain gender-biased occupations whereby one of the genders dominates by default leading to discrimination of the other due to its minority status. The nursing occupation is extensively dominated by females rendering their male counterparts susceptible to discrimination. They are perceived as if they do not belong to that cohort.

As Hailiang and colleagues note, women and men appear to be equal in the modern world, yet “the harsh reality tells us that women are not provided with an equal opportunity even for discussion, due to the fact that the two sexes respectively command different communication styles” (Hailing et al., 2010, p.127).

My interviewee seems to stand firmly on her grounds. She has come to an understanding of essential things about herself and her sexuality. However, she is able to produce her own judgments and see things as they are. It is possible to suppose that she will eventually come to harmony about her appearance and sexuality just like her role models.

It is common and intricately woven into people’s lives that it is usually taken for granted if not ignored. One could argue that women and minorities have come a long way in achieving success at all levels of the job market. And as the article highlighted it is the case that many women and minorities have reached top table positions however it remains the case that they still have a long way to go in achieving adequate representation.
