The purpose of education is perceived differently by different people. Some people treat education as a necessity to obtain good profession whereas others perceive education as a strategy to improve personality and construct good citizens. In any case, the utility of education in a person’s life cannot be questioned.

It involves identifying and evaluating the alternative solution paths and selecting a particular solution path that seems to have the maximum chance of success. A further step is that of evaluating the results of the chosen solution path after it is implemented. This evaluation helps us understand the extent to which teh chosen solution is.

Crime is present in every society and affects the younger population of the society to a destructive extent. Youth crime prevention programs are a solution to handle the increasing rate of crime in any region. These programs must be effective and should work for the benefit of the young population as the future of a society is based on the young population.
