This report provides an analysis of the building by outlining several details including brief background information about the structure, key stakeholders in the regeneration of the region around the building, the local and national, heritage, regeneration, and planning policy relevant to the building and the limitations to development affecting the Adams Building.

The Abu Simbel Temple is one of the most attractive temples in Egypt. This temple’s architecture is attributed to the culture of the Egyptians which was and is still being held strongly. The main culture in consideration in the building of this temple is attributed to the fact that religion is the most basic culture and controls everything that goes on in the lives of this society.

Both Lloyd Frank and Le Corbusier valued style in their designs. They all believed that their styles must fit in the modern context, unlike those of the conservative architects of that era. They desired to utilize modern machines that would transform the aestheticism of their designs. Equally, they both anticipated the use of new materials for construction.

The construction of its two rear garages was in 1926. The subsequent report represents a summary of all that I did to the two-story office building, making it as suitable as possible as a working environment. First, I changed the orientation of the building to face west instead of south. Secondly, I added more windows on the east side of the building.

The northern and western surroundings are unique. The places have a good share of trees and grass vegetation. The kiosk is an Islamic architecture. It was a large, open, and circular architecture consisting of a number of pillars supporting the roof. Pavilions and kiosks have their own historic importance in all continents and countries right from the royal pavilion in Brighton to the Humayun’s tomb in Delhi.

The natural cooling uses the on-site energy present from the natural environment in conjunction with the building components’ architectural design rather than the mechanical systems of heat dissipation. Natural cooling, therefore, depends on both the building’s architectural design and how it makes use of the local sites’ natural resources such as heat sinks.

In designing smart systems to be used in the construction of buildings, the architecture needs to come up with the areas that need fixing and the benefits that these systems accrue.
