Illegal immigration is defined as the migration across national borders that disregards the legal requirements of those nations. This criminal activity is done by those people who arrive in a country legally but continue to stay despite the expiration of visa as well as those who cross national borders “through the backdoor” without the visa.

It is important to recognize that differences in cultures tend to result in differences in a variety of ways, such as on ways of looking at things, i. e. perceiving justice (Tetreault and Lipschutz, 2005). According to animal rights, all non-human beings have a right to possess their own lives. Life means that there are some situations where it is immoral to kill an animal, but there are some cases when it is morally permissible to do some things to non-human animals that would be immoral to do to a human being.

Homelessness has been a major problem of the country since the last many years. Although it is not an easy problem to solve, combined efforts of the government, various health and social services, businessmen, neighboring communities, and churches can reduce the scope of this matter by a large scale.   

The author claims that legalized marijuana will help the government and police to control consumption, price level and collect taxes, but it will not solve the problem of drug abuse and black market operations.
