The other challenges that face the HBCT, such as lack of equipment, delayed delivery of that equipment, understaffing, long hours in the red cycle, and other logistical problems or ethical problems (the sniper in Afghanistan or the lack of time to reconnect with families) are all of secondary importance to me as the new CO.
