The article is used to explain in details the rights of individuals who are undergoing therapeutic treatment. The article emphasizes that behavior analysts have the professional obligation to make available the most effective treatment that the discipline can provide (Ron, Van, Houten, Saul, Axelrod, Jon, Bailey, Judith, E., Favell, Richard, M., Foxx, Brian, A., Iwata). The article was needed to clarify on the rights of the clients in receiving of the treatment. This can be got from the thesis statement, ‘we propose that individuals who are recipients or potential recipients of treatment designed to change their behavior have the right to therapeutic environment,’ The target audience in this article was the behavior analysts and the individuals undergoing the treatment.
