He also tries to justify the troop levels that were currently in Afghanistan before and after he took office, most likely because the responsibility was his and he most likely lied about how he has handled the war.
The author states that the political system comprises the Senate and National Assembly had 331 and 577 members respectively. The system allows various political parties to coexist, thus it gives the people an option to elect the representative they find most suitable. At the same time, this governmental policy can hinder the growth of the economy.
The author states that the trade level after this agreement resulted in a huge expansion in the trade levels as by the year 2007, the amount that was being traded accumulated to 12.5 billion dollars in the year 2007, he rises from the 2.91 billion dollars trade amount.
