The size of any organization, technology it uses or the nature of its task, the environment it faces and the value of information available may also affect the structure and the functioning, but there is no query which seems to achieve all well defined objectives in the most logical and efficient manner. Fayol and Weber provided a single ideal of the efficient organization, bureaucratic idea type composed of the several elements which are consistently found together as a package. The modern social scientists have studied the structure of the actual organization since the 1950s they found a variety of the organizational types in which different elements have to occur in different combinations, somewhat than a single incorporated yet. The organization appeared well modified to the circumstances, but it departs from the classical tradition and recognizing that they are no better way to organize under all circumstances. Organizations are where people try to satisfy their needs for social happiness, recognition, money, interests and power. The natural theories embrace the symbolic and the cultural extents of an organization, forming internal politics, which are different from the prescribed official procedures. The social organizational dimensions can support, or have a relation to the efficient accomplishment of an organizational’s objective and may determine certain way, which the goals, are well pursued and defined but visibly natural systems theories see organizing as a point more than simply a realistically chosen means to accomplish clear ends. The different approaches are well presented in reading at volume, as well as the controversies relate to a distinct among other theories among those which takes a relatively kinder view focuses on which organizational, takes a managerial point of view and focusing on what makes organizations effective. They are other building blocks in a society, a convincing feature of the social structure. Organizations can also be inefficient and efficient, rationally well-ordered and coherent. Understanding the organization's objectives in itself is meaningful, as is the yarn to use the knowledge and improve the performance, but understanding organizations are also stepping toward and understanding how the modern community functions and how we can improve the living standard and possibly make them serve till the end. The sociology of organizations starts with the work of the German sociologist Max Weber, whose task on the bureaucracy was translated into English in the late 1940s. He was a rational system theorist who supposed that bureaucracy was the most efficient form of the organization and a pillar of the modern society (Beissinger 121). The Americans nowadays think that bureaucracy as efficient. Efficiency of administration can be better understood if it compared with the traditional forms of authority. In the ancient systems, classified position was not centered on capability, but some combination of heredity and religious status or friendship acquaintances. The office holders assisted at the notion of superiors. The decision is based on the tradition and responsibilities. Technology is defined as the work which is performed by an organization, however; there is a need to put into account the whim of the technology is not imperfect to the hardware which are used I performing the work, but also including knowledge, skills and the arrangement of people. As a result of, quick development of the technology has gone through dramatic changes in terms of function and form and cope with the changes researches have applied innovative learning systems, and inventions to the organization, the vital role of the culture in the technology structure is managing the conflict of management among the managerial staff. In order to understand the use of technology in the organization, the practice lens combines the aspects of technology as an artifact and use of technology. By looking at the various forms of the organizational structures, from the structure to the network structure. As the technology has developed, the division of tasks becomes advanced. In the rudimentary forms of the organizational structure, solemnization does matter. As the structure enlarges its complication and concentration within the integration of the activities are preferable, The scientific management varies from the ordinary management. Recent studies explain the premises underlying the human relation movement are what people respond primarily to the environment, the enthusiasm hinges on the social needs than the economic needs, which makes the satisfied employees work a little harder as compared to unsatisfied workers who at times are reluctant when it comes in performing of duties. Behavior theory of the management states that all people have the complex needs attitudes and desires. The fulfillment of the objectives towards the workers is enthused. Effective management matches need need-fulfillment rewards with the desired behaviors work to accomplish the organizational objectives. The values of human relations are feasibly best demonstrated, human side of the enterprise in which he identified contrasting perspective which he believes the typified managerial views of the employees. Organizational structure is vital because of a good structure allowing efficient communication and groups within the company to work together, creates a grading of the responsibility and allowing the company to grow in a measured manner. In order to generate an effective organizational structure, we have to understand the issues which go into it. Cooperate priorities can sometimes dictate the organizational structure. For instance, the organization offers more resources to engineering than sales, then over the engineering department will finally become more persuasive in the organizational structure. It can also be hard to implement an active organizational structure when there is an effect employees turnover, or when employees are continually moved from one section to another. Steadiness can be one of the greatest ways to reassure the growth of a sturdy organizational structure. Improving the employee retention by proposing a reasonable salary and occasion to advance, and hire workers in a department relatively than all persistence employees which would be moved around. In real life situation, bureaucracy is a common issue in the world, people in the various offices tend to misuse the officers, causing some in convinces to other parties. This is mostly experienced In government offices, which are headed by the Managing directors who tend to think no one is above (Clegg 90). In such cases, they think that they are above the law. They also form rules which are in their favor in order to make sure they are on the safe side. Technology is another vital factor which helps in improving communication within an organization. Technology assists better record keeping, transmission of data within different departments within a shorter time making the communication in an organization more effective and efficient when it comes to sending and receiving of information. Without technology organization can hardly perform well, because it cannot monitor its employee effort by reviewing their history about their code and conduct; if the culture is part of the human being, and organizational cultures, so there is no uncertainty that considering the organizational culture is a better way of accepting the human condition than seeing the human needs.
