Our business organization has based performance and skill in hiring potential candidates. Nepotism is highly discouraged as it promotes bias and does not give equal opportunity to potential employees. Worse, it often connotes to giving the job to a less qualified candidate.
Per our company's Code of Ethics, nepotism is defined as "the showing of favoritism toward relatives, based upon that relationship, rather than on an objective evaluation of ability or suitability." As the definition implies, it means basing the hiring process according to kinship and relationship.
Please, do communicate this message to your subordinates as there have been complaints of nepotism going around. Contact me if you have any questions.

Here are my comments regarding the pamphlet which will accompany the would be released cellular phone Star 5670:
1. Description is not user friendly because of the use of many technical terms;
2. Good graphics but very small figures;
3. Very attractive layout;
4. Review page 4 as the step by step process is quite vague;
5. Make definitions more understandable by a common individual by avoiding the use of technical terms; and
6. Check spelling.
In general, the manual is quite ok but needs to be modified according to the above instructions.
