In the recent times, the role and functions of the banks have gone tremendous transformation. While they have maintained the fundamental principle of banking, they have also expanded their business interests in wide-ranging areas that have become controversial and highly unethical in certain spheres of their modus operandi.
However, when a focal person does not meet the expected behaviors that the sender has designed as expectations, then remedial action will need to take place. As an example, if a role is designed to be a participant in certain activities such as stocking a shelf, then the expectation is that the focal person will participate in stocking a shelf.
Based on the above test it is evident that I give almost equal importance to all of the above. Although the results show power and autonomy to be higher than the achievement and affiliation needs, it is evident that these are not much higher and can be classified to be under the same level.
