For the success of any organization, SCM goals should align with organizational goals. This objective connotes that SCM can directly impact either positively or badly the long-term growth, profit margins, and operating outcomes and strategies of a business organization. For instance, if a business has a goal of minimizing the quantum of working capital across its supply chain.
