It is also about those aspects of employment practices that are concerned with welcoming people to organisation and, if there is no alternative, releasing them” .This definition highlights important aspects relating to people resourcing. However, it is still relevant to highlight that this definition points out the importance of human capital. For example, the definition author insists that human capital, such as natural talent, ability to satisfy job description and job role as expected by employer, remains a central focal point of the definition. At the same time, the definition also insists that after satiating the first two requirements of the definition, it is essential to work for the third requirement (productive utilisation) of the hired personnel. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More
