The perception held by the individual can be described as coming from the comments. The encouragement gained from the general public remains fundamental in making the student desire to perform better.
The college has a unique style of adding to what you already know. “Passion matters. Skill matters. Qualifications and degrees matter, too”. And indeed, to be able to give your best output through systematic education, we need to allow students to develop an open-minded approach in their skill and career developing journeys.
This principle does not work with teaching. Every student is a unique person who changes every day so teaching two people, in the same way, is impossible.
