European visitors to the palaces and tombs of the Mughal Emperors (1526-1707) in the last decades of the 16th and the first decades of the 17th century were astonished to find them prominently adorned with mural paintings depicting Christ, the Virgin Mary, and Christian saints executed in the style of the Catholic Late Renaissance.
The result of the change was to “emphasize the artist’s perception of the subject matter as much as the subject itself” (Impressionism 1). This art form saw the depiction of everyday objects, events and scenes just as the artist saw it at that point in time, “capturing the momentary and transient aspects of sunlight” (Impressionism 2).

A lawsuit has been brought against the firm by the widow of a man killed by a gunshot in his place of work. Gene Hackman portrays the defense attorney, and Dustin Hoffman idealistically represents the widow in her claim. John Cusack plays one of the jurors, with an agenda of his own. Hackman’s character is an attorney in this film, a “jury consultant”.
The engineer is the hero of our age," stated the German architect and product designer Peter Behrens in the early 1900s. Behrens was one of the forerunners of modernism. During the Renaissance, an answer was obtained to the question: What is Stonehenge? In the Victorian period, scholars answered the question: By what kind of men? The question of when Stonehenge was built was answered during the reign of the second Queen Elizabeth. One question, however, still remains unanswered: Why was Stonehenge built?
Performance was central to Beuys's art. For his best-known "action," How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare (1965), he covered his head with honey and gold leaf and lectured a dead hare cradled in his arms. He said that he took it "to the pictures. . . . I let him touch the pictures with his paws and meanwhile talked to him about them”.

Austin Dobson's assessment of art is expressed in his saying that all passes. Art alone enduring stays with us. The bust outlasts the throne, the coin, Tiberius. Art is never demonstrative; it never catches attention with an exhibitionistic appeal.
This etching constitutes a valuable entry to the comprehensive collection of etchings held by the Hatton Gallery which believes that the reputation and status of printmaking in western art since the renaissance has always been overshadowed by 'higher' art forms such as painting and sculpture (Hatton Gallery 2006 n/p).
In my opinion, preschool and kindergarten architecture has a significant place in encouraging the learning and development of the young children. Therefore, the architect should be careful about preparing the suitable surroundings for them which can positively contribute to their entire activity, including learning, playing, and other activities.
