Annotated bibliography al affiliation Caudill, E., & Murphy, P. (2000). Consumer Online Privacy: Legal and Ethical Issues. Journalof Public Policy & Marketing, 19(1), 7-19. doi:10.1509/jppm.19.1.7.16951 The authors look at privacy with regard to consumer information with the use of the internet. The focus of the article is on the pertinent issues that arise from the collection and use of consumer information, the responsibilities of those who use this information and the initiatives that are necessary to protect consumer privacy.

The article looks at both domestic as well as international regulatory approaches to tackle consumer privacy in the internet. Additionally, the authors of the article look at some theories that are applicable to consumer privacy. The authors conclude by providing some suggestions on corporate ethical policies and public policies aimed at protecting consumer privacy. Chonchaiya, W., & Pruksananonda, C. (2008). The article is intended for professionals as it investigates the risk factors associated with delayed language development. The work is not related to the other works that have been cited.
