An individual reflection of the researcher is drawn based on the prior experiences and learning. One of the main concerns has been the application of the theories in organizational settings. The main problem that the researcher has confronted with is to apply the base management theories in different organizational settings. This has been mainly because of the fact that these theories are applicable in particular circumstances and conditions. However, its practicality, circumstances are not only different but also varied and keeps changing constantly. Thus the decision making also changes accordingly. Through the above problem the researcher has rightly realized that there not the best way of doing a particular thing but that decisions must be transformed according to circumstances. Apart from the regular theoretical learning one of his other learning pertains to the behavioral aspects in organizations as well. The various leadership behaviors that are expected in different situations and conditions and, according to the basic personality of human beings are now clear and understood. According to my personality the researcher has realized that he must undertake democratic or participative leadership style in organizations.
