The book being a revised edition of the previous edition, “chains and images of psychological slavery”, includes some new sections from the author which describe about how the African-Americans can free themselves from this psychological slavery. (Akbar 1996) The following paragraphs express my opinions about the concepts that are discussed in the three chapters of the book.
