These have to relate well with each other in order to make sure that the operations of the organization are carried out in a more effective and efficient manner. Garry and Saks (2010) argue that for the success of any set of organization to be guaranteed, the behavior of the employees is a key aspect to consider. They define the key codes of conduct while at work regarding the dressing code, the interpersonal relations, and effective and efficient communication between various individuals within the organization (Garry & Saks, 2010). It is true that for every organization, there is a defined code of dressing suitable for it, for instance in an office environment, one is supposed to dress in a manner that will be respectful to those with whom he or she relates. The organizational management should ensure that everyone within the organization portrays a good image of the company.
A strong and respectful interpersonal relation within the organisation is equally important, as this will ensure that good and effective communication is ensured among the various members of the organization. Respect must always be observed and accorded to the respective persons according to their ranks, age, and learning and their personalities.
