Introduction Recently, numerous correlations have cropped up between talking styles and romance, exhibited by various couples in the contemporary and olden days. This correlation has been developed through research and constant observation in order to substantiate various statements derived from psychologists. One of the considerations is that every relationship presents its own personality and once social interactions commence; synchrony is observed in verbal and non-verbal mannerisms for the individuals involved in the interaction.

Similarly, asocial situations present statements or speeches that bear some extent of match especially in grammatical structure of the presented sentences (Ireland & Pennebaker, 2010). These sentences may present similar grammatical structure since; the utterances may have been experienced previously through listening or reading certain texts.Fresh studies have revealed that utilization of functional words in conversations undertaken by couples or partners has immense influence on the romance exhibited by these parties.

Therefore, the conclusions presented by various researchers demonstrate the effectiveness of the functions on normal relations. Utilization of these functions has been utilized in predicting romance between two persons, in addition, to stability of existing relationships (Bower, 2010). The influence that these words bear on relationships may be factual as substantiated through various studies from different perspectives.Firstly, the substantiation of the claims by the language –style matching that embodies the extent to which individuals pay attention to one another considerably, supports the correlation presented by partners.

Therefore, language–style matching cannot be regarded to be indicative of the extent to which people like one another (Bower, 2010). However, the extent to which these individuals pay heed to their partners, can be correlated thus becoming an indicator for the presence or absence romance in their future lives. Language–style matching program has previously been developed and utilized for conversations that have different perspectives. This is meant to bring vivid relations for various conversations that present diverse contexts.

The findings concerning two people who exhibit hatred having high language –style matching can be regarded factual, since these individuals exhibit similar behaviors in their conversations. Similarly, individuals exhibiting high attentiveness with respect to their conversation may demonstrate their compatibility (Bower, 2010). The conversational connection transpires in situations of negotiations while convincing hostage-takers to yield. This can be similar situations for individuals with romantic ties.

Romantic ties can be defined through conversation styles, since conversations are the drivers of the romance that exists between two partners (Bower, 2010). However, these need to be reinforced by other concepts, for instance speech rates and emotional tones. The fact that function words are independent of presented subjects, implies that people with strong relations ought to have excellent verbal coordination of these function words. People operating in different contexts present similar function words, considering their understanding of each other.

The numerous researches presented concerning the effectiveness of language-style matching, offer further substantiation on utilization of function words and its relations to romantic ties (Bower, 2010). Although most studies have concentrated on the effectiveness of language-style matching in a positive manner, its effectiveness concerning the decline of romance has been presented through analysis of relations that existed in the past. The results presented by the website can be considered accurate, given that it evaluates only the utilization of function words in any context.

The fact that the results are not affected by the context under which the conversation is taken can be enough prove towards its effectiveness. Furthermore, its effectiveness in the determination of romantic ties in the past can be indicative of its accuracy levels. However, language-style matching cannot be regarded an ample manner of forecasting the excellence of interpersonal relationships. This is because other factors other than the function words may influence interpersonal relationships.
