Others include; lower body and versa climber workout exercises that help reduce the amount of fats. All these gym exercises among others are effective in reducing stress levels. Research has shown that physical exercise help bring efficiency in the body’s communication systems that respond to stress. Many people may joke when they think that all those gyms and outdoor activities are themselves sources of stress. However, some cardiovascular activities such as exercises can have a profoundly beneficial impact on someone’s mind when under high levels of stress.

Moreover, the exercise can play a critical role in mitigating some of the negative psychological symptoms of a stressed lifestyle. The exercises reduce stress as they tend to raise production levels of neurotransmitters (endorphins) that normally create positive sensations in one’s mind (Fletcher & Scott, 2010). It is thus apparent that active men have lower rates of depression and anxiety as compared to sedentary men. We are physical creatures where the exercises we do help our bodies in dealing with stress under controlled conditions.

The psychological, mental, emotional and psychical aspect of gym exercises helps men to increase their capacity for handling stress. This happens as the exercise tends to force the body physiological systems, which are involved in stress response to effectively communicate closer than it is usual. During the exercise, this leads to stress management as the following biological concept shows. The cardiovascular system normally communicates with the renal system where the latter communicates with the muscular system.

All this process is primarily controlled by central nervous system. This work out of the communication systems is the real value of the physical exercise. The less we get involved in physical activities; the more sedentary we become as our body systems become less efficient regarding their responses to stress (James & Wagner, 2009). Those men who are intensely focused demonstrate the ability to recover from stress. This is due to the consistency and the passion of taking the exercises, which eventually leads to physical fitness as well as efficient body systems.

The figures below show men in the gym doing some of the most common gym exercises. The gym normally involves extensive physical activities; this analogy brings to light the requirements of stress responses, which call for such activities. The initial and most important aspect of arousal stress regulation during the gym workouts is the increase in the ability of a person to get involved both mentally and physically (Rumbold, Fletcher, & Daniels, 2012). The body movement activities are highly recommended for individuals who are undergoing high levels of stress.

This is critical as sedentary people are prone to obesity due to poor and uncontrolled biological responses, which may eventually lead to chronic stress. All the gym activities are thus important in men as it leads to more cardiovascular activities that help the body cope up with all the triggers that link stress and weight gain. In a connected way, being stressed is often linked to being unable to let go of something that happened earlier, or being unable to stop worrying about what will occur in the future (Fletcher & Scott, 2010).

When one is in the gym, he is totally absorbed about what is happening at that moment. After a paced exercise, you often find that you have forgotten the day’
