The HR manager is also considered to be responsible for making the employees acknowledge the rules as well as regulations developed to accomplish success for the company. Thus, the HR manager needs to accept huge responsibilities which are meant to be executed for making certain of effective performance of the company.
The HR manager with regard to the concerned company is required to develop a set of questionnaires in order to interview all the employees.
