Many managers tend to be overly risk-averse in nature. This also causes the organization to decline. Organizations can control decline by taking steps that would make them grow. Organizations can grow by building value creation competencies. Such skills would enable them to obtain more resources which would, in turn, facilitate organizational growth.

Increased labor division can be one way in which organizations may grow.
