To align with this sense of mission, I would like to be identified with its continuous drive toward innovation and excellence to ensure the highest quality of care attainable. I long to adequately take part in significant changes that make the pharmacy department up-to-date in meeting current demands as impressive as the ongoing hospital expansion. If possible, I look forward to pioneering much-improved patient care, one that goes with deeper levels of enthusiasm and compassion, thereby surpassing traditional expectations.

I also feel strongly about plans for a new pharmacy model to engage them at depth, imagining the flexibility I would enjoy having to work with almost the entire clinical staff upon rotation within multidisciplinary teams. After thoroughly speaking with Scott Joiner and Dr. Stephanie Mallow-Corbett regarding the opportunities at the University of Virginia Medical Center, I am convinced with utmost sincerity that these potentials are well-suited to be carried on here as I proceed to seek further growth in fulfilling my responsibilities as a registered clinical pharmacist.

I do believe that this position makes an ideal opportunity to collaborate with peers who would be interdependently capable of helping me continue to strengthen applicable analytical skills, entertain difficult tasks, and willingness to discern a new set of values and skills in keeping up with development and advances intended for pharmacotherapy under multidisciplinary approach. I am confident that my knowledge, ambition, and strong leadership background would be of value to the goals set for health systems as I am optimistic about not only building upon established programs and safety measures but also assisting in the development and implementation of new services, such as nutrition support service and monthly educational in-services.

This way, I may determine how else I can bring focus and direction to maintain or even exceed impeccable standards with patient care, reflected through the overall quality of health services rendered. You have no idea how excited I am about paying a site visit and having our first acquaintance discuss further details with regard to my qualifications as you deem necessary. Should you have prior queries, please do not hesitate to contact me at 504-606-5229 or via email. Thank you in advance for your time in evaluating my application (curriculum vitae herewith attached).

Sincerely, Kieu D. Nguyen, Pharm.D. I would like to point out that with your previous draft, I noticed ‘redundancies’ randomly distributed and a lack of appropriate transitional phrases which weaken your composition on gaining the effect of connection/comprehension between ideas. Observe that in the revised version, I rearranged content somewhere so as to bring similar ideas together in proper order for the reader to be guided accordingly. Let me know whether or not the tone of the letter coincides exactly with the original in reference to how your purpose must be delivered.
