Ethical dilemma in marketing Apple Company claimed that Samsung tablets and phones cases infringe patent (Schneider This article is found on http://www.businessweek.com/news/2011-12-21/apple-claims-samsung-tablet-phone-cases-infringe-patents.html. The article is dated December 21, 2011. The information is posted under Bloomberg news of Bloomberg business week (Schneider 1). The companies involved were Apple Inc. and Samsung electronics Co. The main argument was involving the marketing and sales of galaxy 10.

1 tablets (Schneider 2). The bid was to eliminate the device out of Australia since Apple claimed that the product infringed its patent and registered design (Schneider 3). This saw Apple issue a notice of infringement to Samsung in Australia. On the other hand, Samsung also claimed that Apple iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPad 2, infringe its patents governing wireless transmissions on 3G networks (Schneider 4). Consumers were widely affected since there was slowness in distributing and sales of the disputed product to market (Schneider 5).
