le Company is an international computer manufacturing firm that is going through key changes in its organizational structure and its organizational culture due to various events of the past few years. Apple is a firm that grew extremely fast within a very short time, its management found themselves not having the ability to keep their finances and operations under control. Apple as a Company has been forced to redesign and reevaluate its organizational structure and organizational culture to avoid economic failure.

The Apple’s organizational culture is one of change; with an obligation to outperform and succeed as their key aims (Kazmier, 2009). The Apple’s organizational structure has also transformed to be a very competitive in a significant juncture in the firm’s history. Apple Company is going through main restructuring to reclaim control of its finances and operations in order to remain competitive on the international market. This article therefore describes the organizational culture of Apple Company (Kazmier, 2009).

Every organization is changing their culture in order to enhance successful production. Each organization is founded on its specific unique organizational structure, business infrastructure, objective, corporate cultures, strategies and operational processes (Griffin & Gregory, 2009). Organizations have changed their culture by analyzing the components within their organization. The current organizational culture adopted by Apple’s executive support, belief, training and effective communication (Kavita, 2009).

Apple’s executive plays a critical role in this organization. By evaluating current Apple’s organizational structure the firm’s executive support has played a significant role. Current Apple’s organization culture executive has addressed their own behavior in order to lead the team more effectively for better results.
