Management styles Management is the association and harmonization of activities in a certain organization in order to achieve the stipulated goals of the organization. There are many types of management skills and each organization uses one of the management skills. These management skills involve Democratic, bureaucratic, autocratic, laissez faire. In this organization, the democratic type of management was the ruling form of leadership. Democratic form of management involves the process in which the management involves the subordinates in making decision before they make the standing decision on the issue.

The following paragraphs state the pros and cons of the democratic management skill to this particular organization.This type of management skill will in one way or another lift the employee’s morale because they feel important and treasured in the development of the particular organization. The uplift of an employee’s morale3 will hence increase the output of the employee towards the increase of the particular organizations .on the other hand the consultation of the employees before making of any decisions will lead to the employer identifying miss ups in the organization.

This will then lead the organization growing at very fast rate with minimal mistakes to bring down the organization. In other cases, this type if management may lead to the employees losing their trust on the management and decision making skills of the particular management. Sometimes the employees may want the management to make decisions for them.Through the democratic form in the organization, the culture of the organization is kept alive hence making the team building of the organization much easier.

Due to the ongoing culture of the organization, the management is able to help the employees of the organization grow in skill in the particular posts posted in. Through the method the employees consult each other and correct their weaknesses together hence making the organization much stronger as a team. This will then make the cohesiveness of the employees much stronger hence facilitating the management and the running of the organization. Each employee is unique and has his or her own strength and weaknesses hence the employer is able to pick out the specific employees with the same strengths in the organization and put them together.

This will be able to make the organization strong in every aspect because many of its members are4 working on the same part of the organization hence making of mistakes is pretty hard for the members working as one unit.Team work is enhanced when the employees are given the opportunities to come up with new ideas. Extra ordinary ideas come up from team work and this will make the management make greater leaps in the achievement of the goals of the organization. This has also brought about healthy competition in the organization where by different teams working on the same area wants to outstanding the other team by bringing up impressive results or ideas to the management.

The use of democracy in this organization has led to the fast growth of the organization due to the ability to give the employees the ability to feel like they are part of the management. This has hence given the employees a sense of belonging and responsibility towards the organization. Democracy in the management of the organization has led the company running towards achieving their goals.
