Organizations do not have to implement all processes but only those that are important to the company that dictates how it will transact business in future. Some of the processes might be left out later when post implementation reviews indicate they add no value while others might be implemented as changes occur in the organization (Blokdijk, 2012, p. 10). ITIL breaks IT services into functional services that span the enterprise functions. These services have been arranged in a block manner to stipulate those easily using internal or external services. In all the cases, the delivery of services is addressed in three different levels, which are strategic, tactical and operational. Architectural companies can integrate, deploy, and secure ITIL framework in their system. There are features in the framework that ensures Microsoft exchange and accesses to corporate emails, calendar, and contacts. ITIL can be used to keep important data because it has enhanced data protection features. Staff members in the company can have accesses to corporate networks with support from Wi-Fi protocols. Architectural companies can take advantage of ITIL features to enhance the company mechanism. Version 2 concentrates on aligning business aspects with the organization technology oriented process. The current version splits the IT services into seven components which are business perspective, service delivery, service support, application, security, ICT infrastructure and software asset. Business Perspective IT activities are considered to be valuable to the extent they support organization business goals. This section covers the connection between business and IT and how they are collected and translated to IT resources. Service level oversees that service delivery is of good standards in alignment with the IT of the organization. ITIL has the features required to manage an architectural company efficiently. It has versions with management tool that assist architectural managers to manage large-scale deployments. The framework has ICT infrastructure that give the IT department the capability to enrol safely the device in a business environment. ITIL model has the ability to configure updates through wireless settings and monitor compliance with the company’s policies. Architectural managers are able to wipe or lock managed devices remotely. ITIL offers a combination of various internal and external factors that can influence business processes within an organization as well as how it operates. Therefore, a framework of ITIL helps a company to reorganize factors such as supplies, competition, laws, government policies, technology and other market, economic and social trends. Both external and internal factors have a huge influence on how an organization operates. The use of ITIL in a business gets direct control of some factors, especially the internal factors, while most of the external factors within an environment of a business are beyond the organization’s control. An Architectural Company should incorporate ITIL architecture that will help the business in important technological innovations. Information Technology will assist the company in surviving in the competitive world of business. The public framework helps in changing the company’s IT in response to the changing needs of the business. An appropriate architecture ensures good connection between the IT and business management because the company is able to come up with reasonable innovations. An Architectural company is able to provide low software and maintenance costs. ITIL public framework will help in the easy upgrading of IT system especially when it comes to security matters. ITIL version is divided into many sections that ensure specialization. The division of these sections is to reduce workload and detect easily the section that is having problems. An Architectural company will use the second part of ITIL, which is the main part that will enable the company in building suitable business enterprise framework. This part helps in understanding important strategies of the organization. The Architectural Company will implement ITIL by using reports on advantages and limitations of the existing implementation in connection to changes required. The development of an effective public framework ensures growth of the business in response to future changes. Even though, development of architectural enterprise is difficult, ITIL assists in development of an open system of IT that will help the business to reach as many clients as possible thus increasing their profits. In addition, it will be able to address the concerns of stakeholders through the development of an IT system. IT helps the business to address its concerns in an understandable and satisfactory way. The company can design ITIL public framework that will utilize ICT structure to reach customers. This is because despite successfully tapping into the online market, the company has not adequately exploited the market. The company should seek to exploit the other opportunities presented by information technology to not only make its online market fully accessible by the customer, but also increase its customer support systems. This can be achieved through embracing additional technology to tap into the market presented by a rapidly growing technology savvy population that prefers efficiency and convenience in business dealings. ITIL public framework presents another platform for the company to develop its information technology support structures further. This platform creates a value network for the company, which can be effectively exploited by the company to enhance its market accessibility by the customer. Establishing an effective value network through the adoption of ITIL framework is important for the company because besides generation of economic value to the company, it may also be used to create dynamic exchanges between the company and its customers, including other affiliate companies. This version, through the establishment of a value and client networking system, presents an ideal channel for the company to increase its client base by tapping into a market that has not been fully exploited even by the company’s competitors. This is because this platform provides a new market for tapping into clients who find it difficult to use computers. Planning and Implementation An Architectural company is required to possess an aspect of reasonable basis in that it provides suitability to the customers, and the planner presents it in a correct manner. Legislation guiding the reasonability of the Architecture plan being offered requires that the planning parties should determine the personal circumstances, which are relevant to the customers through making enquiries on matters relating to them. Through proper management guidance, the goals and objectives of the company will be achieved hence growing the company to new heights. As the company grows and becomes famous, then we would realize that the business plan executed is successful. At the start of Architectural Company, managers of the company endeavour to keep the company’s structure as unsophisticated and original as possible. This means that the company only had three departments: the management, operations and financial departments. This will be done through brainstorming ideas and deciding the direction to be followed in order to offer satisfactory service to customers and achieve success. Architectural company has applied matrix structure in the business project, which has given them the opportunity to prioritize different tasks in order to complete them within the required timeframe. If the customers are satisfied, the company gets profits, and employees will be rewarded for their hard work. The team is dedicated to hard work, sacrifice, service optimization and consistency as the strength to ensure optimal performance and satisfactory customer experience. Recommendation The company also employs a customer satisfaction system that recognizes the importance of the customer to the business by addressing all the issues raised by the customers. This is achieved through the creation of a raid response system that addresses the needs and concerns raised by the customers. The employees also undergo training in customer service especially on customer follow up to maintain customer satisfaction, which has been the hallmark of the company’s success. Finally, the company adopts a fun factor at work that encompasses both passion and winning attitudes. This is achieved by ensuring that the company’s employees are motivated and energized while performing their duties as the company believes that no one should work in an environment that he/she does not enjoy. The workers are thus encouraged to enjoy tackle new issues arising at work through consultation and team efforts. Architectural company aims to introduce ITIL framework so that it can increase its operational efficiency hence increase its productivity. The information system will enable managers to effectively deliberate company’s objectives, which will send the information to the company’s computer database. When the information is registered in the company’s database, it will be easy to retrieve this information in general meetings. Since decision-making is prompt and the company is able to reach a wide audience, the company will be able to make numerous profits and be an edge over their competitors. The information technology framework, which is connected to ITIL frame work services, will be instrumental in achieving this endeavour since it provides a mechanism to reach a wide market through IT. Since the system records all the information about the company, hence information management will be easy since it will be available just by the click of a button. This implies that the information needs of the company will be efficiently managed and retrieved whenever required Reference Morris, H., & Gallacher, L. (2012). ITIL Foundation exam study guide.
