Job Description Selected candidate will be required to perform the following duties at the gym: It is the responsibility of a personal trainer to provide a comprehensive understanding to clients regarding fitness and training and its importance for their healthy lifestyle The trainer will be expected to meet and interact with different clients visiting the gym to help them achieve their targets, such as losing weight or gain muscles. The trainer will be required to build interpersonal professional relationships with the clients to help and guide them planning the workouts and diet plans. The trainer will have to train clients during particular workouts and will ensure accuracy of exercises being carried out at the gym. It is expected that the trainer will be able to discuss and explain financial aspects, such as fees, equipments’ rental charges, and anything else that will be required by clients during their membership at the gym. The trainer will be expected to design different exercise and diet plans that the gym may offer to clients according to their physique and personal requirements. The plans may vary in terms of beginner, advanced, and ultimate diet and muscle plans, which will cater different clientele at the gym. Lastly, the trainer will be expected to provide or arrange first aid personnel if required in any case at the gym, and may ensure that no such event/incident may take place at the gym.
