Four categories make up the scope of this audit. An overall rating scale was utilized from a scale of 1-10, with a rating of 1 corresponding to very poor, a 5 to fair, and a 10 to very good. The audit focused on current electrical safety conditions. The audit consisted of interviews of all departments, observations of the employees while working, administration of a safety culture survey, review of training records, review of safety meeting records, review of electrical safety, and inspection of personal protective equipment. During the audit, processes and activities were reviewed in managing lockout/ tagout procedures. The conformance of this program was assessed with the expectations and requirements of the OSHA guidelines.
