The research would ascertain this by evaluating the effects of dietary intake BMD with respect to young Indian female population. The researcher used the method whereby healthy female college going students (N=186) with 90 being sportsmen and 96 being controls in the average group of 18-21 years studying in New Delhi (India). The method used by the researcher to recruit the subjects is effective as there both control and sportsmen that facilitates the comparison between the two groups.
