Global Health Justice: Human Rights, Law, Policy and Ethics - Essay Example

Global Health Justice College Global health justice involves many aspects that include law, human rights, policy and ethics. All these aspects need to be into consideration in each health center in the world. To ensure that there is justice for everyone; human rights should not be hindered. World is a global village and every person living in it has a right of getting the best medical services that promises good health. For this to take place laws and ethics gave to be put in place. Laws put in place have to be adhered to by every person who works in the medical centers.

Many questions concerning global health justice might be asked. Does every person have the right to have medical services in any part of the world? What are the laws that have been put in place to ensure that all people are served equally? Are the doctors and nurses following their professional ethics? A study on how health justice in medical centers is enacted was taken. Many hospitals were used and the way they attend their patients was recorded. A study on how ethics are followed in the health center was also carried out.

It was found out that not all patients in the hospitals are served fairly. The patients with enough money received the best medical covers while the poor ones are given the least medications. In addition, the study showed that medical officers follow their professional ethics in most of the medical centers.
