Diversity is considered important by organizations because of diverse reasons. It enhances advancement of equality in access of opportunities in a workplace. Support of equal opportunities as a result of diversification help institutions to increase their benefits by utilizing multicultural labor force (Green, Kepner, Lopez & Wysocki, 2002).

Benefits of Workplace DiversityThe success of any organization relies on its ability to embrace diversity as well as to recognize the contributions of the workplace diversity. In enhancing the employment of workplace diversity, organizations manage to enjoy benefits such as:Good communication between employers and employeesExistence of good communication between employees increases the productivity of an organization. However, good communication between employers and employees is as a result of diversification of practices in the workplace.

Provision of services to diverse customers An organization that embraces workplace diversity provides services to diverse customers because of the employees’ ability to communicate across languages and cultures.the employees’ ability to communicate across languages and cultures (Green, Kepner, Lopez & Wysocki, 2002).Good relationship within the organizationCompanies that advocate workplace diversity manages to enhance coexistence of good relationship within an organization resulting to high productivity.
