Some people want to work just to have money to live; it does not matter the kind of job. On the other hand, some people have plans and goals for their career; they want to develop themselves professionally by having a particular career. They like to work and have the benefit of what they are doing, so they can be creative to develop the work. The future of career of this group development is to open an elementary private school in the region in Saudi Arabia. The goal of this school is not making money, but making differences in students’’ live and outstanding success in the system of education in Saudi Arabia. The project looks forward to work hard and apply everything that is pertained in class learning in this program to make this school special and successful. Education system in Saudi Arabia has some drawbacks that anyone does not like and has many old ideas for the way of teaching. The aim of this project is to projectile different system that will reform the education system in Saudi Arabia. If proven successfully, the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia will receive benefits from creative system availed in this projectile so that each and every school in the republic of Saudi Arabia necessitates the program. This idea is of diversity and through it an issue of having a high-quality system of education will be evident since this is the key for success any society would wish to adopt. In addition, the school will solve some problem in the Saudi Society among intellectual graduates. Many Saud Arabians are highly qualified and when they graduate, they do not find jobs in Saudi Arabia. The school perhaps will provide the citizen with an opportunity to hire them. Importantly, in the project necessitates that opinion to make it successful is by initiating effective planning is a very crucial step before starting the project itself. To put this in action, the project will initiate its workforce strategies as far as the issue of planning in an organization is of concern. As articulated from various scholars and their writings towards workforce planning, this articulation is of high consideration even if an organization is large of small in terms of size and shape. Workforce planning can be either simple or complex in terms of planning. It involves system alignment of infrastructure, data requirements analytic, and partnership capabilities to do it right. Working based on workforce planning, an organization needs to take note that “Getting the right people with the right skills at the right time”, is the way to go for effective business. Plan for establishing a school Planning has many different phases. The development application of the proposed school will have to hire a professional engineer to give out the layout and build up the school according to international standards of construction quality and safety. In the school subordinate team, the project will have to initiate assistants and teachers who will of Saudi Arabia origin. The teacher in support of school curriculum should be holders of masters’ degree from accredited universities worldwide. This is one of the strategies that oversee and brings about different ideas with diverse system mechanism. In line with development and planning personal interview will be availed in consideration of standards leadership and development of human creativity, emotional intelligence, and realization of effective communication skills ability. These are the personal traits as a teacher in the proposed. Earning credibility with business is an important aspect as far as derivative business strategy is of concern. Workforce planners need to take into accord when understanding elements of planning and their impact far as general development planning is of concern. The project will give out an opportunity to those parents who want to work with school in development of their children reticule. Through this strategy, both school and home will be able to help their children to succeed not just the school but for their benefits and in representation of the society where they come from. Career setting The planning however, will initiate a total of twenty administrative workers just for start. The workers will be clustered into eight different groups that will go by their skills. One group for the administration and another one for registration, one for finance, one for health, psychology and counseling, one for developing education and curriculum, one for developing teachers and students, one for the activity and trips, one for communication with parents. Moreover, the project will have two or three teachers for each subject and this is like a group for teachers. The project will initiate ICT strategic plans by creating a website for the school. This will be a cloud-computing plan with diverse domain address that will see interaction of students-teachers-parents socialization as well as education-based encouragement. The website will also keep parents up-dated about school activities. Moreover, the website will contain lessons and activities to help students in many subjects. The projected school will care about students in everything (emotionally, educationally, and psychologically) and will help students to develop their talents. In fact, using groups in workplace will make the work easier and organize and successful. Preparation of a good environment for working The project will provide eight offices in one area. The biggest office is the school management. This office is going to be for the director and the assistant. It is going to have a big meeting room. It has big square table with comfortable seats with space for each member to have her laptops and documents with good setting pattern. Everyone feels equal and can see another person face-to-face. Behind this room is going to be the secretarial office and registration office, finance office, activities office, health, psychology and counseling office, developing education and curriculum office, developing teachers and student’s office, communication office. There will be also a big room for the teachers and it has computers and a small library. The reason for choosing the offices in one area is to be easy for staff members to contact with each other that communication in workplace is the most essential factor to success (Johnson, 2003). Choosing the right person in the right office There will be the director for the school will with a bachelor degree and master in human development and leadership. The assistant will be expected to have accomplished a master degree in education administration and will have great leadership skills. The projectile secretary will have master degree in organization communication and competence to organize the organization appointments and meetings. There will be two workers in registration office, characterized by good communication interpersonal skills to welcome parents and students during visits and registration process. In addition, the project will engage two workers in finance office. One of them should have a master degree in finance and the other one should have accounting degree. Both of them should have experience in finance at least one year because of the financial, affairs and articulation they will engage in. Four people will be availed for the activities and trips and they should have masters in media communication, sports, and organization communication. Moreover, the school will have different activities. The activity officers should have outgoing and friendly personality to make the activities and trips interesting. Besides these offices, the projectile office will have three workers in the health, psychology, and counseling office. One of the workers in this office is going to be a nurse with a bachelor degree at least and the other two who have masters in psychology and counseling. These entities will be accessed by their age in relation to job qualifications. This will enhance the aspect of diversity in terms of knowledge, experience and the level of job exposure. If staff members and students have financial or family problems, they cannot focus on the work and study. They are going to need help from the psychology office. Development of education curriculum will incur four with qualifications of masters’ degree in education and teaching to develop curriculum and give contemporary methodologies of teaching. There will be three workers with master degree in human development and leadership and master degree in education for the teachers and students development office. The job of this office is going to provide assistance for students when they have difficulty in any subject of matter. The aim of this initiative is to help teachers too to be creative in teaching strategies and have concrete approach by knowing how to deal successfully with students inside and outside the classroom. For the communication office, the organization will have one worker conversant with efficient communication skills to communicate with parents regarding students’ performance, conduct, progress in the school. This plan shows how a qualified employee administers each office in the school. Choosing the right person in the right place will give this person opportunity to show her talents and enjoy what she work does, which consequently successfully impact the work place(Wellins,Smith, Erker,2000) Workshop and training for the faculty Workshop for all of the staff and teachers for two weeks prior to the beginning to real teaching will be availed after recruitment process. The workshop is going to give employees more information and refresh them in many things such as (interpersonal skills, rules to work with team, activities to analyze their personalities, six hats thinking among others The workshop will have comfortable setting and soft discussion and each member can present and share her thoughts. In addition, the organization will give them some problems that they may face in the workplace. They are going to discuss together how to solve these problems. Moreover, this workshop will make the groups more familiar with each other and will move the group from forming stage to forming stage in this workshop. Many researches show that training and qualifying workers before the start and during the work sometimes is a very successful technique to have a talent worker (Wellins,Smith, Erker,2000) Strategies and communication for group work Groups are going to communicate via meetings and email. Each group is going to be responsible for a particular job. For example, the group for education and curriculum development is going to work together in the same office but each will be expected to come up with new ideas on the ground and later the idea be developed by the help of education process and the curriculum. At the end of each week, the organization through grouping will require the worker sit together, share, similar and different ideas, and write a report of what the last decision they made and send it to director of the school. The group should also discuss a weekly plan and report for the purpose of the company records. According to Rapin and Keel the best practice guidelines for the group is responsibility, planning, performing, and processing (1998). Some groups will have to contact with other groups for instance the activity and trips office should communicate with finance office so that they can discern the budget they can have to handle activities and trips. Furthermore, every month the organization will have a meeting with all groups to discuss what will be done in this month and what the goal we will work on next month. This meeting is a very good opportunity for groups to share their work experiences and opinions about work. It will be very organized and helpful to work hard and reach the goal. This time, groups will be in evolving stage, they can effectively discus and help each other to generate creative ideas. Communication by email is easy, quickly, and saves the time and the organization looks forward to initiate this strategy. The figure bellow will show the communication network between groups and leader. Figure 1 communication network This channel of communication in the school is more effective to share ideas with everybody in the school. The important person who knows everything in the work place is the leader. Keeping up-date in the workplace is a significant characteristic of the successful leader. Leadership style The organization director is expected to be a good listener for everybody and respectful to make everybody comfortable when they work with me. In addition, he or she should be open minded, encouraging positive thinking. The organization believes that people who study abroad have open minded and respect for others because they met different people and learned about diverse cultures. The organization leadership style is democratic; because it will, work based on sharing thoughts with high satisfaction in decision making this style of leadership will develop worker skills. "Generally, the most effective leadership style is democratic leaders offer guidance to group members, but they also participate in the group "(Lewin, Lippit, and White, 1939). It will be moderate; not very meticulous and not very soft when the subordinate goes on their daily activities. The essence of flexibility and friendliness in person will be highly articulated. As per the research, the smart and successful management should have positive relationships with workers and that why the organization will have to exercise independent forms of leadership (Johnson, 2003). Evaluation every 5 weeks For each member of the group, the leader, the staff, the teachers, and the director of the school will be evaluated to avail their performance index as far as their weaknesses and the strengths as well as member’s personality are of concern. That will be helpful in development of business strategies and approach. The organization will also give the worker motivational token when they are accurate and delivered their services in professional manner. Managers should use the review to praise outstanding performance and to provide constructive pointers in areas that need improvement"( Oneil, 2010). Group organization personal reflection This project is the effective assignment the group has had because it has helped the group member to see and create a vision on plan foreseeing how it will help Saudi Arabian society. The group believes that this program will create new things based on leadership style and eliminate illiteracy level in Saudi Arabian cultures.
