System analysis refers to the study of various entities in seeking to understand how different sets of entities interact. Undertaking system analysis is an essential function, which can assist an analyst in making decisions regarding the functioning of the system. The process of undertaking a feasibility study in system analysis is an essential requirement, which determines the applicability of the system, into the required functions.

Economic, social, and technological elements of feasibility must be effectively assessed to determine the functioning of the system. Objective/purpose The objective of this project is to establish how systems function through analysing the different elements of the system.ScopeThe scope entails establishing the capability of the system to interact with other elements within the environment with which the system operates is essential. The requirements of the users must be assessed effectively to ensure that they are incorporated within the operation of the system.

Requirement, Policies, Restrictions, LimitationsThe identification of system weaknesses is fundamental in seeking to establish a properly functioning system to undertake the required functions. Limitations into the process of system analysis are the regulations that exist with regard to the technology that can be utilised in establishing a functioning system. Technological differences between the system and the applications being utilised presents a significant challenge to system analystsProcess of managementFact-finding measures are essential in the determination of the functions that a system can undertake, with regard to the user requirements.

Use cases provide a platform upon which system usability is commonly analysed. Information gained from fact-finding and use cases is essential in system analysis, as it is the fundamental base upon which decisions regarding the system are made. Technological discrepancies are commonly solved by undertaking an analysis of the available technology during the feasibility study. Management of the projectThe identification of the strengths and weaknesses is essential in enabling an individual to successfully perform different functions. The analysis of the various activities follows the identification of strengths and weaknesses. This can be equated to the planning of that system in seeking to analyse the activities that the system will be required to perform. This analysis is essential in seeking to ensure that one performs the activities as might be required.
