Behavior capability can be defined as a person who performs a certain behavior and should have knowledge and the skills to execute this behavior. In the London underground, most passengers are guarded with shields because they operate them and they are also considered representative of using these shields to avoid fellow passengers. Representative action is the way travelers interact with others through anthropological psychology and thus developing an inference as to how they wish to be viewed in public transportation.
Through observations in the underground, it is proven that travelers rely on the social norms and rule when using means in the public transport system. Passengers in the London underground are not only cautious of their private sphere but also they try to concentrate on avoiding others completely. This is was not considered hostile, or abrasive, but rather it can be seen as a social norm for the passengers in London.
