The sports facilities put up will result in the rise in house prices because people will transfer to Newham to avail of the sports facilities. Most houses are occupied by homeowners. This shows that most of the residents have money to pay for the membership dues and hourly rental fees to use the proposed Newham sports facilities. The sports facilities will give most of the people a change in mental attitude.They will strive hard to finish whatever challenges they are facing. This, in turn, will decrease the deprivation rating of Newham. The population is mostly composed of primary and secondary students. They are the major prospective members in our sports training programs. Most of the residents are economically active. Therefore, they have money to pay for the Newham sports club membership fees. All persons whether married or single or loner, young and old will be encouraged to join and make new friends in the Newham sports club.
