It should serve various needs of the job seekers. At the same time it should help them find the right job. It should be easy to navigate for new comers and advanced job seekers. It should also help the job seekers communicate with the employers. The Riley Guide certainly scores over Career Builder. It is very human in its approach. It is easy to navigate. It answers the varied needs of job seekers. It has a rich data base of relevant ideas. The Career Builder is much complex. It is meant primarily for advanced job seekers.
