Evaluation whether an emphasis on difference or sameness better aids our understanding of human behavior Introduction Human behavioris very predictable. Thus, understanding the human behavior depends on the feasibility or phenomenological human experience, origin and features of the specific human specimen. In most cases, human behavior is fascinating (Gill, 2014). It depends on some demographic and affiliate characteristics regarding the sameness and the difference existent between the people(Davidson & Fielden, 2004).

Every society comprises of different races among other distinct differences. Thus, such societies are characterized by diversity. The paper intends to determine the feasibility of understanding the human behavior. It intends to apply the concepts of inclusivity and diversity to describe the applicability of the sameness and differences between people. Arguably, psychological analysis of human conduct via race or age fosters certain commonality.First, diversity and inclusivity are the most important aspects of any society that considers itself stable.

Diversity depicts the scenario where there are series of different traits in a particular pool of people or behavior. In this context, diversity means that art of appreciating and embracing the fact that people are of different ages, gender, roles, national origin, sexual orientation and religion amongst other features(Davidson & Fielden, 2004). However, diversity can also feature the difference between work perspectives, cultures, and even life trends (Davidson & Fielden, 2004). Diversity is a source and indicator of wealth.

However, psychology uses diversity to distinguish personality and behavior between different people. The concept of sameness and difference emerges briefly from the classification of peoplesInclusion on the other side explains the state of being values, supported or accommodated despite the diversity. Thus, it is about creating the focus on the needs, demands and the rights of every individual. Inclusivity means that the appropriate environment is dedicated to every person despite the race, culture, age, among other features that may determine psychological diversity (Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture, 2014).

The process of determining human behavior has to focus on some issues. The prediction is the key term when any psychologist intends to distinguish or identify the character or behavior of a new person. However, the initial stage of identifying the kinds of races, ages and cultures is by carrying out a pilot study. The pilot study enables an individual first to identify with the differentiated character traits of human beings. Thus, it becomes easier for the individual or group analyzing the human behavior to have a point of reference (Ghorashi & Sabelis, 2013).

However, it is after the pilot analysis of the kinds of people and the demographic characteristics of people that one can use sameness and difference to understand human behavior. For instance, people from a similar racial origin have compatible behavior. Thus, it becomes easier to apply the concept of sameness to understand and appreciate the behavioral traits of a person (Radwan, 2014). It becomes easy understanding the behavior of an individual after assessing the sameness traits that such an individual has with regards to the age bracket or cultural background.

The same case applies to the differentiation. It is easy to disintegrate a specific individual from a large group of people who share common traits. The virtue of diversity applies in the context that one is different from the rest of the people. The concept of difference applies.ConclusionDiversity and inclusivity give rise to the concept of sameness and differences when one intends to understand the human behavior. The catalyst of such interrelatedness is the fact that human behavior is predictable.

Diversity creates a platform for identifying different character groups. Thus, it becomes easier to determine the sameness and difference in human behavior of particular people. Thus, sameness and difference aids better understanding of human behavior.ReferencesGill, T. (2014). Inclusivity and Diversity | Gill Foundation.
