Social behaviour is influenced by the evolution making up human beings and the culture which they practice. A multicultural society is composed of different personality traits from individuals from other countries and races. It is responsible for predicting adaptive human behaviours in various organisations. I firmly believe that aspects of human biology and culture are responsible for making individuals adaptive to several trends and ideas imposed on them. This explains why individuals do actions differently from each other and have different perceptions of each other.
